BASIC PREORDER DETAILS

DELIVERY
· We only offer normal/registered postage
. Our job as a seller is done once we have mailed out the case(s) and we are not held any responsible after that.
· Postage fee depends on the amount of cases you ordered
· We are not liable for any lost/damage mails
· Registered postage is highly recommended as it has a tracking number for you to track your parcel
. For registered postage, in the event that you are given a delivery slip by the postman, please collect the case at the designated post office
as soon as possible. Singpost will only keep your item for 10 days.

INFO ON OUR CASES
· All cases (except for Samsung note 1) will be printed in MATTE finishing
· So do expect the printing quality to be of a matte standard
** colour printed on matte will be a less of a colour than glossy (so don't say the printing quality is poor etc, it is matte not glossy)
· Samsung Note 1 will be printed in GLOSSY finishing
· Colours printed on cases may differ due to the screen resolutions
. NO REFUNDS will be given if it is abit loose/tight on your phone due to MASS PRINTING/PRODUCTION.
